Sovel is a pre-pilot company. The only personal data we collect through this website is what you volunteer in the pre-pilot scan request form on the homepage or in direct correspondence.

What we collect

• Name, work email, company / plant, and any free-form notes you submit through the pre-pilot scan request form.
• Email correspondence you initiate to bklement@usesovel.com.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a pre-pilot conversation.
• To maintain a record of the conversation for our own internal pipeline tracking.

Who processes it

• The pre-pilot scan request form posts to Formspree, which forwards submissions to Sovel.
• Email is hosted via the founder's email provider.

What we do not do

We do not currently host customer CMMS data, work-order history, Slack/Teams messages, or other operational data on Sovel infrastructure. That capability is in active build for pilot deployments and will be governed by a Data Processing Addendum agreed in writing before any data is exchanged.
