Privacy

Sovel is a pre-revenue company. The only personal data we collect through this website is what you volunteer when you email us or book a call, or in other direct correspondence.

What we collect

• Name, work email, company / plant, and any free-form notes you include when you email us or book a call.
• Email correspondence you initiate to ben@sovel.io.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation.
• To maintain a record of the conversation for our own internal pipeline tracking.

Who processes it

• If you email us, your message reaches us directly; email is hosted via the founder's email provider.
• If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, our calendar provider. The name, email, and any notes you enter when booking are processed by Cal.com to set up the meeting and then reach us; see Cal.com's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.

What we do not do

We do not currently host customer CMMS data, work-order history, Slack/Teams messages, or other operational data on Sovel infrastructure. That capability is in active build for pilot deployments and will be governed by a Data Processing Addendum agreed in writing before any data is exchanged.
