Acceptable Use

Sovel is built for industrial maintenance reviewers operating under regulated programs (PSM, NERC CIP, 21 CFR Part 11, MSHA, IMO ISM, and similar). The product is designed around reviewer primacy: no autonomous writes to governed truth, full evidence anchors, full audit trail.

Use the product for

• Detecting and governing knowledge risks in your own facilities, your subsidiaries, or facilities you are contractually engaged to support.
• Producing audit-ready evidence bundles, regulatory closure records, and reviewer-approved knowledge artifacts for those facilities.

Do not use the product to

• Bypass the human reviewer step on any artifact destined for a regulated record (this would violate the product's core operating principle and the regulatory frameworks it is built to support).
• Process data you do not have authority to process under the relevant data-handling regime (e.g. NERC CIP-011 BCSI without a documented chain of custody).
• Reverse-engineer the product or attempt to extract another customer's data from a shared environment.
